Lunch with myself . It was raining here on the island and I still feel down from the loss of all my Bali-fotos, so I decided to treat myself with a colorful fruity lunch.
Give the body the fuel it needs, instead of fueling your system with junk and then wondering why you feel sick, old and miserable. You don‘t put the wrong petrol in your car either, right?!
Stick to fruits, because our body runs on fruit sugar. Add some leafy greens and raw veggies to your meals, but make sure not to mix fruits and vegetables in one dish. Try to kick the nasty gluten and grains out your diet and see how your body/ skin/digestion/ energy will change.
I eat as much fruits as I want all day every day and don‘t get tired of the sweetness, neither does my body get tired from it. The opposite: no more sweet cravings, less mood swings, less puffy eyes, better digestion

Už rok si dopřává životadárnou tekutinu pouze prostřednictvím ovoce a zeleniny. Pije vodu z kokosu, dělá si pomerančové džusy a miluje meloun. Vodu jako takovou v čisté formě podle svých slov nepotřebuje a tvrdí, že jí nedělá dobře.
