when you are trying to lose fat, you don’t have to lose your life❤️ we often think that in order to see fat loss, we have to remove carbs, cut the calories and do lots of cardio. that is not the case.
what have i done to lose fat?
- reduce my calories from 2150 to 1950 over the weeks
- started going running 2/3 times a week, just when i feel like it, going as far as i like. no pressures on it as ‘cardio’ instead just seeing it as a way of moving my body
- progressively overloaded much more in my workouts than ever before (incorporating top sets and deload sets)
that’s literally it. they are the only changes i have made. it’s simple really!

Lauren nikdy nebyla obézní a necvičila kvůli tomu, aby shodila kila. Chtěla se dostat do formy a mít svaly. To se jí podařilo během tří let, kdy se do cvičení opravdu tvrdě pustila. Sama říká, že ji to stálo hodně úsilí a odříkání, ale času stráveného v posilovně nelituje. Někdy posiluje i dvakrát denně.
